Middle Finger Lessons

The middle finger of my “writing hand” is callused, making it difficult to hold this pen and write properly. My finger has to heal and the callus has to be removed for me to write as well as I may.
Same with effects of traumas. You have to heal after the removal of the traumas and be given the opportunity to restore and revive your self again. You cannot work on healing from trauma by being stuck at the point of origin of the trauma.
Souls need soothing. More than ever - now. A safe space for self expression and healing is a sacredness that the fast moving world can rarely allow for (in longevity). Healing and recovery must be created in a pause, a rest — daily — to be able to reconnect with ourselves on our soul level. This is the way back from the desacralization Abraham Maslow spoke of. This is the ancient healers way — the way towards wholeness and authentic living.
